Who We Are
Founded in 2007, Ibex Sports & Leisure Club at Lake View Park, Islamabad was Pakistan's first purpose-built adventure sports destination — and remains the nation's most active adventure facility operator and builder.
Through our engineering arm Ibex Climbing Systems (ICS), we design, fabricate and install adventure facilities for the Pakistan armed forces, government authorities, schools and private clients nationwide. We are the exclusive representative in Pakistan of Entre-Prises (France) — the world's No. 1 climbing wall manufacturer with over 7,000 walls globally — and Petzl (France) for all safety equipment.
Every structure meets European standards: BS EN 12572 for climbing structures and EN 15567 for rope courses. The same safety standards applied at Olympic and IFSC competition venues — applied at every Ibex project in Pakistan, regardless of scale or budget.

Every climbing wall, zipline and rope course built by Ibex Climbing Systems meets European safety standards. We maintain the same structural safety factors as internationally manufactured systems — 2.5:1 for climbing wall structures and 4:1 for zipline wire rope — on every project without exception.
This commitment was established by our managing director M. Saddam Esam Khattak when Ibex began local manufacturing: public safety takes precedence over cost reduction — especially when structures serve children and young people across Pakistan's schools and parks.
All Ibex climbing walls are designed and tested to the British/European Standard for artificial climbing structures — same standard applied at Olympic and IFSC venues globally.
High and low rope courses designed to European Standard EN 15567 — covering structural requirements, safety distances, inspection and operating procedures.
Every harness, helmet, belay device and carabiner used at Ibex facilities is sourced from Petzl (France) — the world's No. 1 safety brand. No substitution or cost-cutting on safety equipment.
All zipline cable systems specified at 4:1 minimum on rated breaking load. Braking assemblies designed to limit deceleration to 2–4 m/s². Annual cable inspection and load testing programme.
Structured inspection and maintenance for all installed facilities — covering structural integrity, cable condition, fall protection and safety equipment. Protocols escalated for coastal and high-humidity environments.
